Promising galloper New King joins the JHB team
James Harron Bloodstock was in action for the first time at the recent Tattersall’s July Sale, securing the impressive recent winner New King for 450,000 guineas.
A son of Frankel, from a renowned European family, New King has shown huge promise in just five starts to date, winning two including when a devastating winner at Sandown on his most recent start, stretching eight lengths clear of his opposition, the replay of which is below.
He received a Timeform rating of 113p for the effort, which compares very well to other horses to have run well in Australia at the same stages of their careers, a few of which are listed below;
