Mach Ten shows his speed at Newcastle

Exceed and Excel gelding Mach Ten started his career in great fashion, when a brave runner up in the Group 3 Breeders’ Plate at Royal Randwick.

Returning as a 3YO he quickly got himself off the board under a great ride from Keagan Latham. Settling just off the leader, he moved stylishly into contention at the top of the straight and held too many guns for his rivals to win with his ears pricked.

Mach Ten was purchased for the JHB Colt Partnership at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale from the Fernrigg Farm draft

Many thanks to trainer Michael Freedman and his team, and congratulations to owners Belinda Bateman, Fergus Doyle, Rob Love, Phil & Glenda Mehrten, Danny & Pauline Saab, John & Frances Ingham, Gary Diamond, Fernrigg Farm and Tim Scales.
